The Fale Lake

Had a bad night? Next time, write! Writing forces, a

 concentration that can be uplifting by shifting your

 attention purposefully away from whatever may be


pressing you down. Try writing the first thing coming 

to mind when you let loose and write three things you

remember from yesterday.  It will delight you to discover


that much hovers over you that can be relived or forgiven.

You may not suddenly discover a Shakespeare in your

Mental closet but enough to make a deposit on a better


night’s sleep with sheep in technicolor gamboling on green

pastures down by the school next to that little fake lake.
