We suspect we’re aging when we begin
recalling memories instead of making them.
As our center of gravity shifts from now
to then, nostalgia moves into the Trophy
Room just down the hall from All We Didn’t
Do. The house is crammed with What Ifs and
Near Misses which we revise to white lies when
telling the grand kids how just how great it was.
